    In My Singing Monsters, players breed monsters by combining certain ones to create a new one through breeding. One such monster that players can obtain is Humbug, but breeding to obtain one is unclear to new players.

    All Humbug breeding combinations in My Singing Monsters

    To breed a Humbug in My Singing Monsters, you need to match at least one four element monster with a monster of three elements. To save you some time, the following are all the possible combinations that can spawn a Humbug in My Singing Monsters:

    • reedling + stonecutter
    • Thumpies + Canterano
    • pompom + flowerbed
    • clambé + stonecutter

    All four combinations have a small chance to spawn a Humbug, but you can increase your chances of spawning one by placing torches on Earth Island. Also, when trying to breed a Humbug in My Singing Monsters, it will take one day and 12 hours for the default earth time and one day and three hours for the improved earth version. For ethereal monsters, the time is reduced to 10 hours and approximately seven hours for the upgraded version.

    How to get and place torches in My Singing Monsters

    You can obtain torches in My Singing Monsters from the structures menu within the Market. Torches cost around 10k coins and you can place more than ten torches. However, you must light the torches before they give you a bonus. To light these torches, you must pay either two diamonds to turn it on for 24 hours or 100 do it permanently. An excellent alternative to lighting torches is to invite your friends to your Island to light a single torch. Each burning torch also increases the chance of getting a successfully bred monster.
