    It’s going to be a long month and a half (and possibly longer) until October and patch 6.5 rolls around, and until then, Final Fantasy XIV is tiding players over with the FFXIV Moogle Treasure Trove The 10th Anniversary Hunt. But when does it start, why should I take part, and what are the rewards?

    When does the FFXIV Moogle Treasure Trove The 10th Anniversary Hunt take place?

    As per a blog post on the official Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone website,  Moogle Treasure Trove The 10th Anniversary Hunt will take place from Sunday, August 27 until the launch of Patch 6.5. Given there’s no solid date for the patch launch, and instead we’ve been told its “early October” that means at least a month and a half of Tomestone gathering!

    What are the Final Fantasy XIV FFXIV Moogle Treasure Trove The 10th Anniversary Hunt rewards?

    The edition of the Moogle Treasure Trove there’s perhaps the most rewards up for grab ever, including mounts, costumes, exclusive items, and more. The Fat Cat Parasol, exclusive Warrior of Light Card, and new Emote are going to be chief on the shopping list, but with so much to get, you’ll struggle if you don’t already have many of these.

    Honestly, with the variety and quality of the rewards, this looks to be one of the best Moogle Tomestone events ever, and very appropriate for the 10th anniversary. With fan favorites like the Frog Head, and Fat Cat on offer, we expect a lot of people playing FFXIV come the end of August!
