Elden Ring won the Game of the Year award at The Game Awards 2022, but FromSoftwares Open World was lucky when it came to playing this game with his exclusive.

Even though it was a game that deemed absolute value and has satisfied the fans of Kratos saga and the god of War Ragnarok, he wouldn’t help without the grandeur and magnificence of Elder Ring who scored the most award this year.

According to the current accolade number (which was given into account by ResetEra user BrickArts295), Elden Ring has emerged as the clear winner of the 2014 year. Of the 119 awards, 110 come from the media and 98 came from readers votes. God of War Ragnarok places 2, in the last ten-minute, with 3000 Game of the Year awards amongst 21 of the media and 2 from players voting.

The exemplary success and the enormous success of Elden Ring in the commercial community is coupled with its 17 million copies sold in November 2022. Hidetaka Miyazaki, director of the game, said that he’s still incredulous of these numbers, and assured that the success will not affect FromSoftwares next project in any way.
