Dreamworks All-Star Racing was a left-field announcement that has left many fans excited with an undercurrent of shock. The recently announced kart racer looks to capture the charm of the Dreamworks films by combining it with the chaos we know and love from traditional kart racing games – and some pretty memorable characters look to be making an appearance.

However, this isn’t the first time Dreamworks has had a crack at the genre, as in 2011, we got Dreamworks Super Star Kartz – which received a mixed reception. Since then, Dreamworks have released a lot of great films, introducing many fresh characters that could be making an appearance.

With GameMill Entertainment set to publish the title, here is everything we know so far about Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing, including which characters look set to be available as racers.

Whether we’ll see more of Dreamworks All-Star Kart Racing revealed at the likes of Gamescom later this summer remains to be seen, but as we learn more we’ll update you here accordingly.
