1 – Contra-MaxTac Level 50 Build

If you’re looking to fight Night City’s law enforcement, you’ll need to prepare for the eventuality of encountering MaxTac forces during the Five Star Race. These formidable squads are part of the elite, highly modified force created explicitly to deal with high-danger threats like cyberpsychopaths.
This build uses a very aggressive play style and spends the most perk points on the Reflexes skill tree. The Dash, along with the branching paths of Lead and Steel, will make this build proficient with edged weapons while still being able to avoid damage. Moving on to the Technical ability, you should base your build on getting the Edgerunner perk, which allows you to take on more cyberware. Ticking Time Bomb is a nice bonus. Body benefits must reach Pain to Win for an additional adrenaline effect.

2 – Militech Apogee Sandevistan oriented construction

Some cyberware is so good that it’s worth basing an entire build around it, and Militech “Apogee” Sandevistan fits the bill. It is perhaps the most well-known piece of hardware and even appeared in Cyberpunk runners Netflix show. You can even build an entire character around David Martinez, but if you want to retain the ability to take a lighter approach, investing a few points in Cool, this build is perfect for you.
3 – Netrunner Quickhacking Melee Build

This excellent build relies on a combination of air dash and melee weapon, while still being proficient in smart weapons and quick hacking to disable enemies from further away. As shown in the image above, most of the perks should go in the Intelligence skill trees, maximizing your character’s hacking skills and cyberware ability with the Edgerunner perk from the Technical skill tree.
4 – Throwing Knife Construction

I never thought building a throwing knife would be viable in Cyberpunk 2.0 until I watched some awesome videos on YouTube and Reddit showed me how it can be done. Turning this into a stealth build is an option, especially if you choose Countershell for optical camouflage.
5 – Smart Weapon + High DPS Netrunner Build

This netrunner combines hacking skill with SMG experience to create a very high DPS build. According to its creator, it won’t withstand MaxTac for long periods of time, but it can survive almost anything else if too much pressure isn’t applied to it. The build is based on the use of the heat shield to activate while spreading explosions with the Fire SMG and Contagion.

6 – Single-cable netrunner construction

This build is based on Monowire, a cyberware melee weapon with the most extended range in the game. Intelligence perks will provide enough RAM regeneration to hack your opponents regularly. Using Contagion and Thermal Monowire allows you to create chain explosions, simultaneously eliminating multiple threats.
