The dinosaur species in ARK are unique and varied, as are their dietary requirements. If you want to tame as many dinosaurs as possible, you’ll need to know how to make all six types of kibble available in the game. Below we’ve rounded up the ingredients you’ll need for each type of Kibble, as well as which dinosaurs prefer each type.
ARK Survival Evolved Croquette Recipes
basic croquette
This basic kibble is fairly easy to make and is preferred by smaller dinosaurs. dilophosaurus, Geezer, Kairuku, mesopithecus, parasaurY phimoa everyone does better with this type of croquettes. To do it, you will need:
- extra small egg (left by dilophosaurus, Geezer, light as a feather, Kairuku, lystrosaurus, parasaureither Vulture)
- cooked meat
- 10 amarberry
- Five Blueberry
- 10 redberry
- Five Fiber
- skin of water
plain croquette
Made for dinosaurs that are slightly larger than Basic Kibble fans, Simple Kibble is designed for a variety of land and air creatures, including archeopteryx, diplocaulus, galimimus, giant bee, Ichthyosaurus, iguanodon, megaloceros, morellatops, pachy, triceratopsY rapacious. The recipe calls for:
- small egg (left by archeopteryx, Comply, Dimorphodon, galimimus, luminous tail, microraptor, moreleatops, oviraptor, pachy, Pegomastax, pteranodon, rapacious, sinomacropseither triceratops)
- Cooked Fish Meat
- Two broken rock
- Five Blueberry
- Five Fiber
- skin of water

regular croquettes
If you’re going to rack up any kind of Kibble in this game, collect regular Kibble. This middle-of-the-road food is preferred by more dinosaurs than any other type of food in the game. Dinosaurs that like this type of Kibble include Angler, ankylosaurus, barynox, beelzebufo, carbonemys, carnotaurus, dimetrodon, diplodocus, doedicure, gigantopithecus, ichthyornis, kaprosuchus, Kentrosaurus, lymantria, pelagornis, Pternadón, pulmonoscorpius, purlovia, Sabertooth, Sarco, stegosaurus, scary bird, thorny dragonY velonasaurus. To make regular croquettes, you will need:
- Medium Egg (left by ankylosaurus, barynox, carbonemys, carnotaurus, dimetrodon, diplodocus, ichthyornis, igunaodont, kaprosuchus, Kentrosaurus, pachyrinosaurus, pelagornis, pulmonoscorpius, Sarco, stegosaurus, scary bird, thorny dragon, troodoneither velonasaurus)
- Cooked Beef Jerky
- Two longgrass
- Two Savoroot
- Five Fiber

top kibble
Sometimes in the game you will come across a dinosaur that stands a bit above all the others. When that happens, it’s time to break out the Superior Kibble. The dinosaurs that prefer Superior Kibble are: allosaurus, argentavis, castoroids, Daeodon, direwolf, scary bear, dunkleosteus, gas bags, Mammoth, megatherium, megalosaur, paraceraterium, Plesiosaur, megalodon, snow owl, tapejaraY woolly rhino. For Superior Kibble, you will need:
- Big egg (left by allosaurus, argentavis, Mantis, megalania, megalosaur, moschops, snow owl, spinosaurus, tapejara, Titanoboaeither Tropeognath)
- premium jerky
- Two citronal
- Sap
- Two weird fungus
- Five Fiber
- skin of water

exceptional croquette
Exceptional Kibble is slightly more difficult to make than other Kibbles in the game and is preferred by Basilosaurus, brontosaurus, giganotosaurus, Karkinós, managarmr, mosasaur, Quetzal, rex, spinosaurusY therizinosaurus. To make this croquette, you will need:
- Extra Large Egg (left by Basilisk, brontosaurus, giganotosaurus, Quetzal, rexeither therizinosaurus)
- Focal Chile
- rare flower
- 10 Blueberry
- Five Fiber
- skin of water
extraordinary croquette
The last type of Kibble available in the game is the Extraordinary Kibble. As the name suggests, this Kibble is a bit trickier to make. Faucet, megalania, rock elemental, thylacoleusY Yutiran everyone prefers this type of croquettes. To make this croquette, you will need:
- special egg (left by Deinonychus, hesperonis, magmasaur, rock drake, Wyverneither Yutiran)
- If you want to use a Hesperonis Egg, it must be a Golden Egg.
- Giant Honey Bee
- lazarus soup
- 10 Blueberry
- Five Fiber
