The best agents in Ground Zero without Zen (ZZZ)

Since this is a free-to-play gacha game, you’ll need a bit of luck to get your hands on S-tier characters. Even if you miss out on the best heroes, A and B tiers will do the trick until you get more Polychromes and summon the best talents.
Level S
- Ellen Joe – Ice damage is high on ZZZ, so investing in a powerful, cold-blooded, DPS-oriented agent like Ellen is smart.
- From Lycaon – Lycaon is easy to fall in love with, as he combines tanky roles with the ability to stun. He should be your first choice if you’re looking for a powerful character that deals ice damage.
- Nekomiya Mana (Nekomata) – It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a glass cannon type that can mow down enemies. It’s also very agile, which is great since it can’t take too many hits.
- Soldier 11 – You won’t find a better choice for fire damage than Soldier 11. As if that wasn’t enough, she also deals physical damage. Pair her with other fire characters and burn enemies to a crisp.
- Zhu Yuan – This police officer has incredible Ether-based attacks that deal massive damage, especially if you use her special attack with explosive shots.

Zenless Zone Zero Reroll Guide
To play Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) again, you need to create new accounts and follow the tutorial to get enough points for the gacha system (Search for Signals) and try to get strong enough agents.
- Sign up for a HoYoverse account – You will need a new email each time you re-register with ZZZ.
- Complete the tutorial and go through all the scenes, which takes about 30 minutes.
- Collect all the rewards from your mailbox, events, or beginner quests. These provide you with your first access points.
- Summoning Agent – Go to Signal Search and drag the desired banner.
- If you are not satisfied with the results, Log out and repeat the process with a new email account.
