Lords of the Fallen will be launching soon, and many fans of challenging, action role-playing games (RPG) will be wondering if it will support crossplay, or even have cross-platform progression. Lords of the Fallen is set a thousand years after the original game, with the same name, and looks to bring the series into the current generation of consoles. The hard-hitting Soulslike looks to build on the original, but this time there will be a greater emphasis on customisation, as well as greater variety in combat.

Lords of the Fallen will support crossplay regardless of if you’re on any console, or even on PC. The previous game did not have any multiplayer features, so whether or not we could expect crossplay was a bit of an unknown.

However, we know crossplay is included, so you can play through the whole game with a friend regardless of what platform they are on.

Lords of the Fallen does not look like it will support cross-platform progression. There is no mention of the feature anywhere, so wherever you buy the game is where you’re going to have to play it.
