To use the Waist Pouch in Escape From Tarkov, you need to equip the Waist Pouch to your secure storage slot. Once equipped, you can use the Waist Pouch to store items and keep them safe if you die while in raid. However, the Waist Pouch can only store a limited amount of items. The maximum space the Waist Pouch can store is 2×2, which is four slots.
