The next Disney Dreamlight Valley update looks like it’s nearly here, bringing Belle from Beauty and the Beast into the valley – so here’s everything we know about the upcoming update, with details on its release window and Star Path.
The upcoming Enchanted Adventure update has been highly anticipated since its initial tease on Disney Dreamlight Valley’s 2023 roadmap, and finally, we have a few more details ahead of release.
So, if you’ve completed all of the recent quests included in The Remembering patch and have immersed yourself in the new DreamSnaps feature, stick around and we’ll tell you about the game’s next update and what to expect towards the end of 2023 – from new characters to multiplayer, and a new Royal Tool arriving in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
What is the next Disney Dreamlight Valley update?
As per Disney Dreamlight Valley’s 2023 roadmap and a slew of recent Tweets, Belle is scheduled to be released in the game during the September patch, ‘Enchanted Adventure’. From the images and a Tweet provided by Gameloft, we can see that both Beast and the castle will also be available in the update.
While we haven’t received a specific launch date for the update, Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Twitter mentioned that Belle will be released “later this month” along with a wealth of new content, features, and improvements – plus a Beauty and the Beast-themed realm with its own door within the Dream Castle.
That’s on top of everything we have already seen this year from Disney Dreamlight Valley’s updates, including the expansive Remembering update that brought the Fairy Godmother to the valley, the Touch of Magic feature, and Vanellope from Wreck-it-Ralph.
Disney Dreamlight Valley 2023 roadmap details

From the images in the roadmap alone, we can see a possible Halloween-themed Star Path and a larger overhaul following Belle and Beast’s introduction to the valley in September.

What is the next Disney Dreamlight Valley Star Path?
While it’s unconfirmed as to precisely when the next Star Path will appear in Dreamlight Valley, as per the above roadmap, the theme will be ‘Darkness‘ and looks to centre around the Halloween holiday due to the presence of pumpkins and bats.
This has been highlighted further by Gameloft, as on September 10, 2023, the team shared a sneak-peak into the upcoming Star Path on Disney Dreamlight Valley’s official Twitter account, showcasing a few new items.
With items that look like they’ll fit perfectly into the Forgotten Lands, there’s an organ that features a bat design, cobwebs, and what appears to be an outfit for everyone’s favourite extra-terrestrial, Stitch.
