If there’s an easy way to create a new puzzler, it’s to take two established genres and mash them together. And that’s exactly what developer Maxim Matyushenko has done with the newly released Warlock Tetro puzzle.
Combining the tile-matching of games like Candy Crush and block-stacking Tetris, Warlock Tetro Puzzle challenges you to drop blocks with matching resources, collect as much mana as possible and progress through stages. You can see it in action via the gameplay video below.
It certainly sounds interesting, but also a bit complicated. Sure, we watched the video a few times and still found it a bit difficult to understand. But for those of you looking for something that combines genres like tile matching and block stacking, then Warlock TetroPuzzle might be the game for you.
