Silent Hill 2 remake after years of silent games, fans will probably drown in them (pic: Konami).
In addition to the leaked Silent Hill: The Short Message, a horror game insider insists that Konami still has three other projects in the works.
After years of rumours, Konami continued to go back to its Silent Hill series. For instance, when the company announced three games in October, you would think that the rumor mill would die down.
In addition, a few age ratings websites mention the movie Silent Hill: The Short Message, an unremarkable title that has been announced the PlayStation 5.
There’s a hint that there’s one more side for that.
According to a horror fan, Dusk Golem insisted since 2020 that Konami was reviving Silent Hill.
Last May they even posted pictures of what they claimed to be a new Silent Hill project, which swerved into the reality that Konami made it clear that they were still doing a full-blown study.
While they haven’t elaborated on their claims, Dusk Golem added in the ResetEra thread that, without Include The Short Message, there are at least three more Silent Hill projects that haven’t been announced, one of which is early in development.
The short message was updated on the Taiwan age ratings website since it was updated.

First, it seems to be under development at Konami, not outsourced to another studio like the Silent Hill 2 remake and Silent Hill: Townfall.
Second, the listing is now full of story synopsis. After a dictionary was written down, Anita came to an abandoned apartment for her friend Maya, and came out to find herself trapped in it.
Her own fears and monsters lurk in the corridors, discover the truth behind her escape, and try to escape before her own trauma consumes her desire to survive.
Dusk Golem says The Short Message is the same game that they leaked in May, and their initial leak mentions Anita and Maya.

Konami hasn’t issued a statement regarding any further projects in Silent Hill. In the near future, Since The Short Message already starred in two age ratings websites, the company can say something about that.
