A few weeks ago, the remaster of the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released, and was immediately critiqued by the players due to poor performance when ray tracing was turned on, as the FPS dropped by two times. The developers promised to solve this problem, but now they can’t do so.

For that reason, the modders decided to move everything over to their own hands and released the fix themselves. It appeared on the Nexus Mods website and was created by alikoko. It has two versions: performance and quality. Two-inch scales are more attractive, but with 50% more FPS, while the second two more are almost undistinguishable from the original, yet simultaneously 30% reduces the frame.

The author of the mod tested on the GTX 2060 Super video card, which he put in the vanilla version of, gave him an average of 36,6 FPS, and the sample 54 FPS of the mod as a guide to the performance mode. You can compare the different versions of the change to the original.
