    Sarrif Bay

Located on the southern coast of Al Mazrah, Sarrif Bay is a perfect balance between dark enough that most players won’t go there and just far enough from the edge of the map that the circle won’t close too quickly. . Also, it’s a small town with a lot of loot that can be picked up quickly before moving on to greener pastures.

Much like Sarrif Bay, the main advantage of dropping in the Marshlands is the lack of other players who normally drop there. Your loot is a bit more difficult to collect due to being more spread out, but because there are usually so few enemies around, it’s still very easy compared to more populated areas. As a bonus, it’s also very close to the middle of the map, keeping you away from the increasingly invasive circle.

    Hydroelectric

A more dangerous option than the first two areas, Hydroelectric is usually populated by a lot of players. However, Hydroelectric is also a massive area packed with loot ready for the taking. Even if other players go down with you in Hydroelectric, as long as you pay attention while looting, you should be able to stay alive and prepare. Also, because the area is so close to the middle of the map, if you gather enough loot, you can just stand still and wait for the circle and other players to close in on you.

    Observatory

Another typically populated area, the Observatory is a high risk, high reward place. Situated high above the rest of the map, it gives players a vantage point from which to view the terrain and a great jump point to glide to a new location. There’s also plenty of loot for those quick and skilled enough to take down the other players who drop in there.

    Airport

Located in the southeast corner of the map, the airport is another high-risk area that is often highly contested by players. This is not only because one of the most popular Call of Duty maps of all time, Terminal, is located here, but also because there are two helicopters ready for the taking. Getting out of the airport in one piece is quite a challenge, but if you do, you’ll probably be perfectly set up for the rest of the game.

    Al Mazra City

Home to the cult classic Highrise map, Al Mazrah City, is easily one of the most dangerous drop locations. However, it is also one of the places with the most loot and rewards waiting for players to claim. Assuming you can fight your way through this area while looting, there is a helicopter waiting to be claimed by only the strongest gunmen.
