Bandai Namco Entertainment released a trailer for the newly announced Sand Land anime, the latest release. It will be out sometime in 2023. The manga is inspired by the story of Akira Toriyama from 2000. Afterwards, the works will be koordinated with Sunrise, Kamikaze Douga and Anima. This news was out of the mail in late December 2022.
We only knew that the studios were involved in that project at the time of the initial announcement. For me, I didn’t even get anything too concrete other than that. Even though there was a teaser trailer, only the original part of this comic is an animated still. This trailer is our first look at how the movie shows off during the original film.

This is going to be a visual adaptation, which means it’s a series. Bandai Namco expressed interest in full IP for Sand Land, so it could be more content about it. Since it was Bandai Namco, there may be a Sand Land game in the future.
A young demon search for water follows the story of Sand Land. It’s their own home in a desert world whose rain has brought it on, and it is more valuable than gold. He and his sheriff Rao cross the land to find the Phantom Lake.
The movie Sand Land will debut in 2023.
