Genshin Impact boasts of a huge character roster that keeps growing as more updates come out. Each character has different stats, abilities, and elemental traits. One particular trait that needs to be considered when choosing who to play with, apart from these, is height.
Why character height matters in Genshin Impact
In Genshin Impact, a character’s height affects more than just their appearance. It also greatly affects his ability to explore places. Taller characters climb faster, can swim farther, and are sometimes the only ones who can pick up an Oculus.
Since the game uses a limited number of character models, some characters may be as tall or short as others. Here is a quick list of the tallest characters in Genshin Impact. Please note that these numbers are mostly based on in-game player observations and estimates. HoYoverse has not revealed the official heights of all of its characters.
Which Genshin Impact characters are the tallest?
Arataki Itto (191.9cm)
Despite being an intimidating character who rises above others, Itto is a happy Oni with a sense of justice. He is the head of Hanamizaka’s Arataki gang, but he loves to play with the Inazuma kids.
Tartaglia (187.0cm)
A brash character known as Childe, Tartaglia is the eleventh of the Eleven Heralds of the Fatui. He is a native of Snezhnaya. And although he seems cheerful, he is considered dangerous and cunning.
Thomas (185.8 cm)
Thoma is a housekeeper for the Kamisato Clan who meets the Traveler in Inazuma. Known as the Fixer, she is friendly and the person people go to when they have problems. She is responsible and has a serious attitude that allows her to work well with certain characters, like Ayaka.
Zhongli (186.8cm)
Zhongli is a consultant for Wangsheng Funeral Parlor and has a long history. He created Mora long ago, but after choosing to live as a mortal, he often forgets her wallet because he knows its value. He is unaware of the realities of living as a mortal.

Kaeya (186.0 cm)
A charismatic leader and skilled on the battlefield, Kaeya Alberich is the cavalry captain of the Knights of Favonius. She likes to put people on the spot just so she can see how they’ll react. He is Diluc’s adoptive brother and Jean Gunnhildr’s trusted aide.
Diluc (185.0 cm)
Noble by birth, Diluc Ragnvindr used to be the Cavalry Captain of the Knights of Favonius until his father’s death. He owns Dawn Winery and is an owner and bartender at Angel’s Share Tavern despite the fact that he doesn’t like wine. He protects Monstadt at night as the “Hero of the Dark Night”.
Kamisato Ayato (182cm)
Despite being the head of the Kamisato Clan and Commissioner Yashiro, Ayato rarely goes out in public. He is a humble character who protects his sister, Ayaka. He wields the Hydro element and is a powerful DPS character.
Kujou Sara (178.1 cm)
Currently the tallest female character in Genshin Impact, Sara is known for her speed and her sword and bow fighting skills. She is the General of the Tenryou Commission and carries the blood of Tengu. Her strength is demonstrated by her victories in duels against Itto and Kazuha’s friend.
Rosary (175.5cm)
An unpredictable woman, Rosaria is a sister at Favonius Church in Monstadt. She dislikes church activities and often prefers to focus on eliminating threats to the city. She is often perceived as cold and tough and she is very good with knives.
Shenhe (175.3cm)
Born into a family of exorcists, Shenhe is a disciple of the Cloud Retainer. She wields a polearm and uses cryogenic elemental abilities to defeat opponents. While she has little understanding of human customs, she does her best to live properly among humans.

Shogun Raiden (174.7cm)
Raiden Shogun, also known as Electro Archon, is the most respected figure in Inazuma. She is obsessed with Eternity and actively pursues it. She refuses to listen to her people, causing conflict. Despite this, she is still revered by many as their leader.
Smooth (174.6cm)
Despite her bubbly and easy-going demeanor, Lisa Minci is a powerful witch who is considered the best student at Sumeru Academy in centuries. She works as a librarian at the Favonius Knights Library and is particularly interested in books in the restricted section. She has a close relationship with Jean.
jean (173.9cm)
Jean Gunnhildr is known as the “Dandelion Knight” of the Knights of Favonius. He is also his acting Grand Master. She normally puts the needs of others before her own. And whenever he needs to take a break, he turns to his younger sister Barbara, a deaconess at Favonius Church.
Eula (173.6cm)
Eula Lawrence is a leading member of the Knights of Favonius. She is a descendant of the Lawrence Clan, an infamous aristocratic family in Monstadt. However, she acknowledges her clan’s wrongdoing and has severed her ties with them because of it. She is known as Spindrift Knight and is the captain of the Favonius Knights Reconnaissance Company.
Ningguang (173.4cm)
Known as Liyue Qixing’s Tianquan, Ningguang has a powerful influence over the nation. She is a businesswoman who prioritizes what is best for Liyue and her people. She embodies law and order throughout the region and will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to keep it safe from enemies.
