Currently, We don’t have a release date. When the roof update is coming. The Sims 4 Base game, but we’d expect it to hit the patch. Horse Ranch Expansion Pack Release.

During a press event for the upcoming The Sims 4 Horse Ranch Expansionit was revealed that the roofs are capable of Customizable with floor texture In Build/Buy mode.
