    • Redmagic has released its new 9S Pro phone in China.
    • An international release is coming soon.
    • So what kind of features does this snazzy device boast of?

Mobile gaming maker Redmagic has launched its latest mobile phone 9S Pro in China. An international release is on the way and will be announced on July 16. The new device features Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with UFS 4.0 + LPDDR5X. It is available in four iterations with up to 24+1TB of storage.

We’ve covered many of Redmagic’s devices before, such as their chargers and coolers. And this time is no different, so keep an eye out for what the 9S Pro is capable of in the coming days.

All that horsepower but no drivability.

The only potential off-the-cuff issue we can see with the 9S Pro, with all its awesome power in a small package, is just what games it will have the legroom to work on. Apple has certainly managed to find its way in having recent next-gen games like Resident Evil 7 and * as well as Assassin’s Creed Mirage on its phones.

Meanwhile, the Redmagic Pro will likely be running games already on mobile, such as MiHoYo’s stable of games or high-fidelity titles like Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. And for a device that (if compared to the 9 Pro) will run you in the high end of £500, that may not be enough justification for some players.
