At certain times starting on July 9 in Project Zomboid, players can watch various shows on the Life and Living TV channel. Watching these shows will give you a huge XP for vital skillsbut it is not clear what time or how to watch these TV shows.
Project Zomboid Life and Living TV Schedule List
All Project Zomboid Life and Living shows follow a daily schedule starting at 6am and ending at 6pm in-game. Here is Life and Living’s basic TV schedule listed below:
- 6 am/06:00
- 12:00/12:00
- 18:00/18:00
- Only the first day: 12 am/0:00
All of these shows at Project Zomboid only run until the end date of July 17th, so players only have eight days to watch these shows. After the last day, the Life and Living channel will go mute and players will need to find VHS tapes to get similar skill upgrades.

Project Zomboid Life and Living TV Schedule List
If you want to watch as many of these shows as possible, we recommend looking for a Digital clock in the game. You can find these watches on dead zombies often, and when you find one, equip it and use the 24 hour time format to keep track of show start times. You can also set the alarm for a certain time before a show starts, but you have to be quick to turn it off as it can attract a lot of zombies.
