The Quartering Duke, notorious serial killer with a hundred victims, shook the country in chaos with his heinous act. To stop his murder, the Detective Alliance, from the world’s best detectives, has gone together to expose and overpower him.
However, through a series of unpredictable events, an aspiring but unremarkable detective named Wato Hojo stumbles into their operations.
