SS-Tier characters are simply the best in the game. Regardless of personal preference and playing style, they have the ability to dominate the field. In some cases, they can even win against the opposite factor. So, if you’re lucky enough to pull one of these off the banner (or in exchange for them), be sure to invest in them.
