Where to find the Black Market in Palia
In order to find the Black Market, also known as the after-hours store, head towards the bottom of Kilima, under the Remembrance Garden.
There, you will find an entrance called “The Sewers”. Use your action key, and you will be allowed into the Sewers to be greeted with a massive room. In this room, you’ll find a locked door, plenty of items that you can purchase, and a cash register. These items change frequently, so keep that in mind when you are visiting the Black Market.
Once you’ve had a look around, locate Zeki and hand in the quest. Zeki gives you a key, which grants you access to the basement entrance. This is an entrance that you can access through the General Store if you want a quicker route, or you can choose to go via the Sewers again.
If you want to access it via the General Store, go into the back room and down the stairs. There will be a bookcase that you can interact with, which gives you a much quicker route down to the Black Market below.
