Developed by Anvil, Assassins Creed is a story-based, but also a stealth-based game that can be used in Xbox, PlayStation and Windows. The latest installation is Valhalla.

As a result, the game is often praised for its visuals, UI and mechanics, but it seems that the recurring bug and issues ruin the experience for some.

For example, we recently addressed an issue where the players had faced flickering and crashing issues after a update.

The Assassins are in the murder scene: a shop in the Valhalla Redas have empty or missing items.

There are several Assassins Creed people reporting that Redas shop has been showing empty or missing items messages.

Redas, Anyone else is just starting the last few days or is it just me? Source

I have had this problem for about two or three weeks now where Redas will show the daily and weekly items for purchase. The two have shown up in the last two weeks, but they still say This section is empty. Source

This issue seems to have started at the beginning of this month but is random, affecting only few players and not all of them.

Agitated players put their hands on forum and social media for the purpose of reporting this problem and finding a solution.

Some added that regular troubleshooting aren’t for them either, which is further adding to their agony in staking not having to play.

    Official acknowledgment

When he replied to a player, developers of the game acknowledged the problem and are investigating the matter, so that they can find a solution for the people affected.

Hello @BrokenBridgeGXB, thanks for putting the heads on! Our player team know this issue and is working on fixing it. Isn’t you able to give us a Ubisoft username so we can ask us to investigate further? Many thanks. Source

    Potential workarounds

Some suggested a move to stop the game and then restart it. That’s the time to get the items on the store, and after which the Redas store will be able to use again.

Just restarting the game helped some users get access to the shop items in the game.

I can’t stop the game. It can succeed. Idk why Source

Some video games can sometimes face bugs and problems but developers must help players as soon as possible. However, they can try to find out if they work.

We hope that Ubisoft will readily come up with a solution for those affected. Keep on following this story as we’ll update it with some further developments.
