Can you play One Piece Odyssey on Game Pass?
The answer is no: One Piece Odyssey is not on Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass, and there are no current plans for the JRPG anime to hit the subscription service. While One Piece Odyssey is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC, you’ll need to purchase it to play it.

This doesn’t mean that we won’t see One Piece Odyssey coming to Game Pass at some point, but there is no information about it, so it would be pure speculation to say that One Piece Odyssey will eventually come to Game Pass.
While you’ll have to buy One Piece Odyssey for yourself, it’s getting rave reviews and provides an exciting adventure for One piece fans and JRPG fans alike. Unfortunately, with third-party titles, there’s no guarantee these games will make it to Game Pass.
