A Baldur’s Gate 3 Nintendo Switch port would be a blessing to many fans around the world. Larian Studios, who developed Baldur’s Gate 3, has ported some of its games like the Divinity: Original Sin series to Switch in the past.

Can you play Baldur’s Gate 3 on Nintendo Switch?

While other Dungeons & Dragons games like Neverwinter Nights and the first two Baldur’s Gate titles are on the Nintendo Switch, Baldur’s Gate 3 is currently not planned for the system.
“We’re currently focusing on PC,” said Baldur’s Gate 3 Senior Producer, David Walgrave to Polygon in 2020. “We’ll start thinking about other platforms as soon as this one is done.”
Since the interview, we nowknow the game will launch for PS5 on September 6. Larian is also reportedly working on an Xbox Series X/S version as well. Currently, there’s no word on a Nintendo Switch version.
