On the coast of Morytania rests a sleepy town full of humans, vampires and vyrewatch. Not really. Almost all who reside here have been infected with the sleeping plague and have fallen into a deep and eternal rest. If you need to head into town for whatever reason, one of the quickest ways is through the Slepe Teleport, which allows you to teleport directly into Slepe. This is how you can unlock it.
Unlock Sleepe Transport on OSRS
To teleport to Sleep, you will need to use a sleepy tablet on Drakan’s Medallion. You should receive the medallion after completing the quest. a taste of hope. Once you have the medallion, you will be able to enjoy unlimited teleportation to Ver Sinhaza, Darkmeyer, and Slepe after a Slepey tablet has been used.

Sleepey Tablets are more difficult to obtain than Drakan’s Medallion. Tablets are a rare drop that you have a 1/100 chance to receive after defeating Phosani’s nightmare. Phosani’s Nightmare is a pretty tough boss fight, so make sure you prepare before you head into battle. If you end up dying or dropping items while trying to drop the tablet, stop by Perdu to collect your lost items.
After getting both items, you will use the tablet on the medallion. This will consume the tablet but will unlock the teleportation to Slepe.
