Pre-registration rewards
- Master Tape ×20: Used for stable channel signal searches, allowing you to extract Agents (characters to add to your team) or W engines (items that can be equipped to agents to increase their stats).
- Boopon x5: Used for Bangboo channel signal searches, which is permanent battle flag at Ground Zero without Zen.
- A rank Agent Corin — One of the companion characters in Zenless Zone Zero.
- Denny ×30,000: In-game currency for Zenless Zone Zero.
How to Claim Pre-Registration Rewards
If you pre-registered in time, these rewards will be automatically sent to your inbox. They don’t always appear on the day of release, based on the history of other HoYoverse games. Please be patient, the rewards will be distributed in due time. Typically, rewards for gacha games are sent within the first few days after the game is released.
Pre-registration for Zenless Zone Zero is no longer possible. Pre-registration was disabled on July 3, presumably so the developers could focus on getting the game up and running. If you’re lucky, you might still be able to find an active link or try to “pre-register” by downloading the game in advance and creating an account on the official website. We can’t promise this, but it’s worth a try:
Stock up on Zenless Ground Zero Web Event Rewards and How to Redeem Them
Supply is an online event for Zenless Zone Zero, which offers players the chance to find in-game items using a virtual scratch card (you don’t actually scratch anything, you just flip the cards over). It looks like you get two scratch cards per day, and you can earn more scratch cards by completing daily tasks.
The rewards you get will depend on the final items you obtain from the event’s online page. That means you won’t get all the items you find.

How to Claim Stock Up Rewards
You have an Inventory tab and a Storage tab that you can access after you finish spinning your scratch card pieces. Each item you find on your scratch card takes up a certain amount of space in your Inventory, and you can only get the items from your Inventory at the end of each round of the event; there is a timer that alerts you when each round ends.
If there are any items left in your storage, they will be discarded.
