Ways to Quickly Increase Your Internal Knot Level at Ground Zero Without Zen
There are several ways to increase your Inter-Knot level in Zenless Zone Zero. First, you need to understand that you need to earn Inter-Knot credit points to increase your Inter-Knot level. These points can be earned through several parts of the game, including:
- Story Commissions
- Exploration commissions
- Combat Commissions
These three types of commissions can be accessed through the HDD in the Random Play store that your Proxy shares with his brother. You can get commissions by checking out the Inter-Knot server, talking to various characters, or organically through gameplay. There are also daily and weekly tasks (called “Orders”), but you can’t access them until you complete he “The last explosive train” commission.
You can see how much Inter-Knot credit you will receive from a commission by checking the details on the HDD or by looking at the commission request after receiving it (a pop-up window will appear on your screen showing the name of the commission and its rewards).

Without a doubt, the fastest way to increase your Inter-Knot level is to complete the challenges that give you 400 Inter-Knot credit points. These challenges are:
- HIA Club – Arena of Champions – The famous Dullahan
- Scott’s Outpost – The Famous Hunt – Unknown corruption complex
Remember to use the Café to gain more battery charge so you can complete challenges repeatedly (since attempting them costs battery charge).
Another way is to look for commissions that award 500 Inter-Knot credit points. Most first-time rewards will be between 200 and 500 Inter-Knot credit points, so make sure to complete all of your commissions.
Why increase your Inter-Knot level?
In addition to the related achievements that grant you Polychromy, which you can use to recharge your Master Ribbon to obtain from banners, increasing your Inter-Knot Level has other benefits.
As your Inter-Knot level increases, the level cap for your agents will also increase. You must have a higher Inter-Knot level in order to continue leveling up your companions, and that’s very important if you want to continue being successful in completing challenges and battles.
Players who increase their Inter-Knot level will also gain access to more main story content and commissions tied to their story progress.
You also won’t be level-locked for items like Zenless Zone Zero challenges and reward codes. That’s right: some of the reward codes are level-locked and require you to be a minimum of Inter-Knot Level 5 before you can redeem them.
