How to get the Burst Assault Rifle in Fortnite

If you’re looking for a weapon that’s perfect for mid to long-range engagements in Fortnite, the Burst Assault Rifle is the perfect weapon for the job. Not only does it have first-shot accuracy that makes careful aiming and patient shooting at long ranges deadly accurate, but it also has great base damage at these ranges. However, getting one of these weapons can be the problem, especially when it comes to some of the more powerful variants.

Where to find a burst assault rifle in Fortnite

Where to find a burst assault rifle depends on the quality of said rifle. This is due to the fact that the different qualities of the Burst Assault Rifle only appear in certain ways. For example, where one rifle quality can be found on the ground wherever you go, it will be much harder to find another, less common quality. Below is a list of available Burst Assault Rifle qualities, as well as where to find them:

• Common– The more standard version of the Burst Assault Rifle can spawn anywhere as floor loot or you can fish from anywhere flat fishing area.
• Rare– The rare version of this weapon can be found in regular chests or as floor loot.
• Strange: This version of the rifle can be found as floor lootin regular chestsor in fishing holes.
• Epic– Epic version of Burst Assault Rifle can be found in regular chests, rare chests, supply dropseither fishing holes.
• Legendary: Lastly, the Legendary version can be found at in the same way as the epic versiononly at a reduced drop rate.

While the list above indicates how to find different qualities of the rifle, there are also two mythical weapon variants that have or had unique spawn requirements:

• ocean explosion Assault rifle– This Mythic variant of the Burst Assault Rifle has almost everything the normal does, but with better stats than even a Legendary quality rifle. It could be obtained by taking down the boss. Ocean who was in Chapter 2: Season 3.
• Slone Burst Assault Rifle– Not to be confused with Slone’s Striker Burst Rifle, this is another mythical variant of the Burst Assault Rifle, this one has boosted stats but also a zoom feature, making it even better for long range engagements. was available at Chapter 3: Season 2 by tearing down the doctor alone boss in the IO test facility.
