Restart the launcher and download
If you get the download failed error, close the game launcher by pressing the X button on the top right. Additionally, you can also try disabling the Protection against viruses and threats from the same Windows Security window so that real-time protection is disabled while the Zenless Zone Zero launcher is trying to download.
