The second solution is to try running the game as an administrator on your PC.

If you are playing using HoYoPlay, open the launcher, click on the menu in the bottom right corner, select Game Settings and open the directory.

If you’re using the Epic Games Launcher, open it, go to Library, and click on the three dots under Zenless Zone Zero. Click on Manage and go to the Folder icon (next to the uninstall option).

    2. Attempt Updating the game.
    3. Check the PS5 system Software updates.
    4. Clear the cache of your PlayStation 5 games – You can do this by turning off your PS5, unplugging the console, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging the console back in.
    5. Check your Storage space – Zenless Zone Zero is an oddly large game. MiHoYo recommends that you have 55GB of space available for Zenless Zone Zero.
    6. Disable sleep mode – Go to Settings > System > Power Saving > Set time until PS5 enters rest mode. Select “Do not put into rest mode” for both available settings.

The main problem that gamers seem to have when using their mobiles is that their devices have become incompatible with the game. This is not something you can fix. The game requires a lot of storage space and older devices cannot run it.

If you go back to the Google Play Store or Apple Store, you will see whether your device has become incompatible or not.

Below are some other solutions you can try for your mobile device:

    1. Check that your smartphone complies with the Minimum system requirements for Ground Zero without Zen.
    2. Attempt Updating your game – You can check it on Google Play Store or Apple Store.
    3. Close other applications You have it open on your phone.
    4. Consider purchasing an external smartphone fan if your phone is overheating.
    5. Reinstall Ground Zero without Zen.
    6. Find out system updates in its configuration.

Those are all the possible solutions I have for now, but I hope one of them works for you. Just a quick note: if your PC is running IntelThere is a known issue with those graphics cards. People with Intel graphics cards don’t seem to be having any luck with the game, so you’re better off crunching the numbers and reporting this bug to miHoYo, along with any other issues you’re having.

They can’t fix the game without knowing what the problems are.
