Final Fantasy XIVs reclassification of its housing wards makes them even more confusing

Ask any Final Fantasy XIV player what the hardest game is; most of them will tell you that it’s a very horrifying process to buy houses in a very many neighborhood in Eorzea. Square Enix has tried to become more accessible in the past, but they haven’t come up with any perfect solution, to replace adding additional wards. Patch 6.3 has just done that, and the company has uploaded new lists of which wards are now free or private, and those wards are exclusively private. Wards are reclassified from housing demand, but as it becomes increasingly complicated, then more and more complicated is it.

How you compare your choices to one’s character, and how they’re used to the same thing, is the fact that they’re often reclassified, that they have nothing consistency and you can ignore the fact that they have an entire lore and cannot check what they’re currently set as, without taking the ward physically and using an empty plot sign on the map. Just when people memorize houses that they have access to, the wards switch and the process starts all over again.

With the latest update, Square Enix added several wards to their sale and business owners. Since the new government is adding new space, the list is now very intimidating. The first two wards are free companies; then a collection of those with both sets, then a few with private, and randomly the 25th one with Free Company only is that. Similarly, wards in new data centers have completely different classifications than old servers.

The procedure to getting there can take all that fun. The lottery allows to purchase the game now, and in such cases you have to pay the same attention as a lottery. For example, the ward where the boss is in, you need to pray, that luck is on your side. Heres hoping that Square Enix comes up with an easier house shopping option in the future.
