Call of Duty: Warzone 2 DMZ is getting some significant changes with the Season 3 update coming on April 12. Rather than introduce a progress reset, the developers have decided to add more features with this patch. Here’s a list of all the major changes coming with the content update.
Call of Duty DMZ Season 3 Content
Barter system and workbench
Players can use the new barter system to exchange items in their inventory for other valuables available at Buy Stations. This will allow you to acquire essential survival gear by trading something you don’t need. Alongside the shops, you’ll also find Workbenches where you can upgrade your smuggled weapon attachments by spending cash.
Active Duty Operator Slots
Until now, players had three secured weapon slots that they used to equip custom weapons. The Active Duty Operator slot system applies a somewhat similar concept to the character you can play. This feature will allow you to keep a fully equipped operator with high level equipment reserved for complex missions.

New bosses and explorable areas.
Upon exploration, players will encounter two new bosses or commanders on the various maps in the DMZ. In addition, players will be able to access an undisclosed secret location situated below Al Mazrah.
In addition to these changes, players will be able to use new Operators, weapons, and cosmetics coming with the Season 3 update. While there will be no quest progress reset this season, a new faction will be added to the DMZ with three levels of missions available at season launch. Also, a new Supply Insurance Contract will be added to the game.
