Escape From Tarkov is an ever-growing first-person shooter that resembles a battle royale. There is one key difference: if you complete the mission objective and leave the city limits within the allotted time, you get to keep your loot. Acquiring the supplies is necessary to progress in this game, and in Operation Aquarium, that will be your goal.
How do you complete the Aquarium operation in Escape From Tarkov?
To successfully finish Operation Aquarium in Escape From Tarkov, the merchants will send you on a dangerous mission to secure the water supply. To start this quest, you need to be at least level 6. You’ll need to help the therapist get to the stash of water hidden in the bedrooms to make sure everything is still there.
Operation Aquarium part 1
To complete the first part of Operation Aquarium, you must achieve both objectives.
- Locate the hidden water supply inside room 206 of the Customs Dorms

To access Dormitory 206 in Customs, you need to obtain the Dormitory 206 key. You can find the key in the following places:
- In pockets and bags of Scavs
- in drawers
- in jackets

When you get the key, head to the Dormitories in the northern part of Customs, Room 206 is on the second floor. You just need to unlock the door, enter the room and exit. You don’t need to delay as the room contains no loot or anything of interest. Alternatively, you can wait for other Raid participants to unlock the room for you and walk behind them. This is a risky move and one that is less likely to happen as the game gets closer to elimination. After completing this, the only thing left for you to do is make it out alive.
Operation Aquarium part 2
The second part of the Aquarium operation is simple; You only need to kill 15 Scavs in Custom. You don’t have to do it in the same raid or in one life, but if you can pull it off, it will save you some time. The only objective is to kill them while they are in Customs.
The rewards for completing Operation Aquarium are as follows:
- 1 × water filter
- 5× Water Bottle (0.6L)
- 14,000 rubles
- 14,700 rubles with Intelligence Center Level 1
- 16,100 rubles with Intelligence Center Level 2
- 3,300 EXP
- Therapist Representative +0.03
- Skier Rep -0.02
