It’s the new year, – there’s plenty more new games for Capcom fans, including Resident Evil 4 and Street Fighter 6. Although Dragons Dogma 2 is not confirmed to be released, director Hideaki Itsuno confirmed in a recent tweet that development is progressing well.

Itsuno noted that it became an interesting game, and asked the fans to keep the tabs on for more news. Dragons Dogma 2 was announced in June 2022. Nothing has been revealed about this, but it has been developed on RE Engine and is currently being updated.

It might appear to indicate that Gransys is the setting for another time, though whether the Arisen continues playing a part remains to be seen. Dragons Dogma 2 has also been added, so can’t wait for more details. Dragons Dogma 1 is available for Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One, PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch. Check out our review of the base game and its expansion, Dark Arisen.

Happy New Year! The development of Dragon’s Dogma 2 is progressing well. This game will become an interesting game. Stay tuned for more news. (#DragonsDogma # pic.twitter.com/Mz6gNJoytE)
