The Zero Review in Destiny 2 is a curious weapon. It is the second craftable Exotic with each of its upgrades locked behind weekly progression in the Season of the Seraph quest line. The first catalyst that can be unlocked is Frenzy Refit. This is what it is and why you want it.

What does Frenzy Refit do in Destiny 2?

Once molded with the catalyst, Revision Zero will gain the Frenzy Refit perk. With it, each quick kill with Review Zero will progressively increase the reload speed for a short time. This works well with fast, aggressive gameplay and is great for taking out large swaths of enemies.

Zero Review sits on the fence between being a pulse rifle and wanting to be a scout rifle. Add in the exotic perk of essentially becoming a sniper rifle and the Revision Zero truly embodies what it means to be a hybrid weapon. Unfortunately, as a primary weapon, it doesn’t do as well against anything but a red bar, so it’s not ideal for more difficult content. But, for completing strikes and content like Dares of Eternity, it’s a beast. Plus, it looks and feels absolutely fantastic. So go ahead. Acquire another exotic and start blocking catalysts like Frenzy Refit to really shine.
