How to get Deafening Whisper in Destiny 2
Deafening Whisper was introduced in Season 12 and was part of the Empire and Wrathbron Hunt set. The only way to acquire it now is through Xur. Note that Xur’s inventory and location changes every weekend and he is only available from Friday at reset to Tuesday at reset.

God rolls deafening whisper
PvE God Roll – Deafening Whisper
- linear compensator– Slightly increases projectile speed, blast radius, and stability.
- high speed rounds: Increases projectile speed and reload speed.
- gold lead: Picking up heavy ammo also grants ammo to this weapon.
- Rampage: Kills with this weapon grant temporary increased damage. Stacks three times.
PvP God Roll – Deafening Whisper
- confined release– Significantly increases stability, increases blast radius, and decreases projectile speed.
- high speed rounds: Increases projectile speed and reload speed.
- killer wind: Final blows grant increased mobility, weapon range, and handling for a short period.
- threat detector: Increased reload, stability and handling when enemies are very close.
