Completing the BitLife Neighborhood Watch Challenge is easy once you know how to achieve each objective. Start by creating any character of your choice and then follow the steps below. However, to complete this challenge, you must own the Owner Expansion. Here is a guide to complete the Neighborhood Watch challenge in Bitlife.
All the objectives in the neighborhood watch challenge in Bitlife
In order to complete the Neighborhood Watch challenge in BitLife, players will need to achieve the following main objectives:
- Rent more than five properties
- Evict more than five tenants you find misbehaving
- Connect with more than three tenants
- marry a tenant
- Evict a squatter
Before starting the Neighborhood Watch challenge, you need to purchase the Owner Expansion Pack in BitLife, as the entire challenge revolves around the DLC. You can buy the DLC from the in-game store for $4.99.
How to rent more than five properties in BitLife
The first goal of the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to rent more than five properties. First of all, you need to buy five properties using the Real estate option under the Shopping section in the Activities eyelash.
After buying five properties, you can rent them out to different people using the Rent option within the administrative property on the Activities tab of your individual property. Make sure you don’t run any background checks on your clients, as we need tenants with criminal records to complete other objectives in the challenge.

How to evict more than five tenants you find out to be misbehaving on BitLife?
The second task in the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to evict five of your tenants who indulge in bad or illegal behavior. To do this, you need to use the To inspect option within the administrative property on the Activities tab of your individual property. Once you use this option, you can secretly spy on your tenants. While spying, if you find out that any of your tenants are indulging in illegal or distasteful behavior, such as running a secret mafia hideout or practicing occult stuff, evict them on the spot.
How to connect with more than three tenants in BitLife
The third objective in the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to connect with three of your tenants. After maintaining multiple tenants for your properties, choose three tenants you like and start building a relationship with them by engaging in conversation, gifting items, and complimenting them. Over time, the relationship meter will increase and turn completely green. At that point, use the Hook Up option to sleep with them. Once you’ve slept with three of those people, the objective will be marked as complete.
How to marry a tenant in BitLife
The penultimate task in the last challenge is to marry one of your tenants. To do this, increase your relationship rating with one of your tenants by striking up a conversation, gifting items, and complimenting them. Once the ratio meter turns green and touches 100%, ask them out, followed by proposing with a ring and getting them married.

How to kick out a squatter in BitLife
The ultimate objective of the Neighborhood Watch challenge is to drive out a squatter. To finish this goal, you need to keep a tenant with a low credit score. When choosing a tenant for your place, make sure they have a low credit score. Typically, these people have a credit score with an orange or red indicator rating.
After hosting such a tenant, it’s all a waiting game. Over time, mostly 3-4 years after living in your home, they will start skipping rent regularly and soon stop paying rent altogether, becoming squatters. Now, click on your name in the properties section and use the expel option to force them out of the house. Once you force them out, the challenge is over.
