There are four weeks in Destiny 2’s Season of the Seraph that require Guardians to run Operation: Seraph Shield on Legendary to complete specific missions. Due to how this mission scales, it’s actually much easier to complete alone than with a fire crew. So for the Titan mainnet, here’s the build that got us through this lengthy mission.

What to run like a titan for the legendary solo operation: the seraph shield

    weapons

When it comes to weapons, there are two loadouts that worked well for us. The first uses Monarch as the main weapon with a handmade Ragnhild-D doing close and dirty work. falling guillotine It will help you get through everything except the final boss in this loadout.

The second charge uses a pulse rifle as Merain’s Strike, the riddleY xenophage in the heavy slot. Smite of Merain is only used for the Suppressor buff and to trigger the rapid shots to use that mechanic. The Enigma will be your bread and butter here, as it can quickly dispatch swaths of enemies up close and at range. Xenophage hits like a freight train and will take down bosses.

    • main slot: Ragnhild-D, Merain’s Strike
    • secondary slot: Le Monarque, The Enigma
    • power slot: Falling Guillotine, Xenophage

    Armor and Mods

The maximum usable power level is capped at 1580, so make sure your gear is at that point at the very least. You’ll want to prioritize resilience above all other stats and you should have that at 100. Otherwise we’re fans of light batteries for mods, specifically High-Energy Fire as it pairs extremely well with solo operative for high damage output.

    • modifications: Take Charge, Stacks on Stacks, High Energy Fire, Lone Agent, Elemental Charge

    Subclass, Aspects and Elements

This build is all about explosions and staying alive. Combined with The Enigma, Echo of Leeching will help you stay alive thanks to its health regeneration. If the going gets tough, open your barrier to apply a higher shield. Otherwise, Controlled Demolition pairs excellently with grenade and melee abilities to clear out groups.

    • subclass: Void (Sentry)
    • aspects: Controlled Demolition, Stronghold
    • fragments: Expulsion Echo, Debris Echo, Leech Echo

This build won’t let you take on tanky encounters, but it does get close. The most important thing about running Operation: Seraph’s Shield on Legendary, alone, is managing ads. In both the first and last boss fights, the adds can quickly overwhelm the Guardians and bring the run to a halt. As such, prioritize taking out these enemies before focusing on the boss again. Play smart, play safe, and you’ll have this taken down in no time.
