Just off the beach and within sight of the spawning are several branches of the coral reef that stretch out into the ocean as far as the eye can see. Diving in the coral badlands

While the Coral Reef in this seed is not large, it deserves a special mention due to how convenient the seed is and the world’s only generation of the Coral Reef. You spawn near a jungle biome (rare) that is home to a lush cave (rare), and you can hike to the Wooded Badlands Island (rare) and dive into the majestic coral reef that surrounds it.

You spawn in Badlands on this seed, which is one of the rarest and most majestic biomes in Minecraft. But you can ignore the beauty of the red mountains and look out over the ocean to see the beautiful coral reef shoreline a couple of dozen blocks from the spawn. If you follow the Coral Reef Trail, you will eventually come to one of the largest coral reefs you have ever seen.

This is a quirky seed where you start out in a mangrove swamp, one of the new biomes in The Wilds update. A short walk will take you to a Desert Temple and Village, both of which sit on a shoreline facing a massive coral reef that stretches as far as the eye can see. Within this reef are dozens of wrecks, one of them relatively close to spawning. With the mangrove swamp at the beginning, this is the perfect coral reef seed to launch Minecraft 1.19!

House on the Coral Reef Coast

This is a stunning example of the color and sustenance that a coral reef can add to your Minecraft home. You spawn in a mangrove swamp (what better way to start a 1.19 map!) and are only a couple hundred blocks from the nearest coral reef. You don’t even need to leave the mangrove swamp you spawn in to see the vast reach of the reef out into the ocean. This is a rare occurrence in world generation, so it’s a perfect world to start with if you want to appreciate the best that 1.19 has to offer without giving up the best of previous updates.
