Bandai Namco announced a new game on the way with a popular franchise as we’re getting a game from Sand Land. After being joined by Bandai Namco Filmworks and Shueisha, the company will come up with an old-fashioned title, based on short-lived manga – a chaotic world where every person is suffering through a water shortage. We’re not much more aware of it beyond the paragraph above and the four pieces of art that came along.
Thanks for the fact that the bandai namco had a good time.
In desert villages whose demons and humans suffer from extreme water shortages, Beelzebub and Rao, a small-town sheriff, form a tag-team and embark on an adventure in search of the Phantom of the Lake. The Sand Land project will see a number of partners gather to create a variety of content and turn Sandlands into a complete IP. The project is about to start with a collaboration of animation by Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc.’s Sunrise studio, Kamikaze Douga Co. Ltd. and ANIMA Inc. Having written in a short time, Weekly Shonen Jump in 2000, the one-volume comic gained global popularity.”

The news came as the announcement was made earlier this month that the series would become an animated film. We do not anticipate, if this game will coincide with the release of the movie and most like, will follow the storyline or have a substory that’s going to happen alongside the events of the movie. The game’s genre isn’t exactly anybody’s guess at this point, they revealed no specific things about the kinds of games they are making. That is likely to be a bigger announcement sometime in the summer, we’re guessing for E3 or Summer Games.
