How to Counter Kingambit in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Kingambit’s Dark/Steel-typing combination grants it a lot of resistance, which, combined with its coverage moves, can make it a real threat on the battlefield, especially with the right nature. His high Attack allows him to take out Pokemon quickly, and his physical bulk can make him difficult to take out. That said, a strong fighting type with a high special attack is your best bet.
Lucario it is one of the best counters for Kingambit in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Its Fight/Steel-type combination not only makes it resistant to Kingambit, but also allows it to threaten with strong Fighting-type special moves. Aura Sphere and Focus Blast are great tools against this powerful Pokemon, and Lucario is faster, allowing it to move first.
