How to find Brimshine in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores
The in-game description says that Brimshine is found only in Burning Shores, often off the beaten path. While this is not very helpful, it can create jobs to take it directly to the Brimshine location, you still need to collect.
either in the Arms or armor merchant In Fleets End, navigate to an item that requires Brimshine and press Triangle to create work. This will create a quest that will direct you to the exact location of Brimshine that you can collect.

under the waterfall
The first Brimshine is found under the waterfall at Fleets End, follow the water that leads to the settlement and you will find Brimshone. While you’re here, head to the top of the waterfall and use your Pullcaster on the vent to find the recovered key module. You’ll need this for the next Brimshine.

The next Brimshine is crossing the main bridge at the top of Fleets Ends. You will find a locked door that requires the recovered key module you saw earlier.

On the lower level of Fleets Ends, near the Armor Merchant, you will find a small walkway containing a cracked wall that can be broken with the Pullcaster. Use the Pullcaster here and pick up the Brimshine.
North Coast
The next Brimeshine is in the north shore off Fleets End. This Brimshine is easy to spot, perched on rocks in the open.
Shipwreck
The last Brimshine is found in Fleets End underwater south. This Brimshine is found in a sunken underwater shipwreck.
