A new anime called Turkish by Tatsunoko Production is officially announced. The new project will take Namoi Hiruta as director, and Airi Takekawa as character designer, while Pony Canyon in charge of music production, and BAKKEN RECORDset in charge of the animation.
So far, fans only have an official website and a teaser with details and hints for the upcoming anime. The show is in Nagano Prefecture, Chikuma, and five high school girls are in the queue on the platform. The story that can’t be told only for fun. It’s the tagline in a teaser, but because of this cryptic text, fans cannot understand.
It doesn’t point to any plot points and themes, but the talent behind the future show may inspire longtime anime fans. Namoi Hiruta is famous for his role in writing the live-action interaction with Seiho Boys High School! and His Love Song.
Between the two ages, Airi Takekawa got a coveted award for her work The The Story of Ippon Again! Bakken Record has produced the Ippon Again!, Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e, and Joran: Princess of Snow and Blood. Finally, Pony Canyon is known for its work onthe Titan, the Fairy Tail and the K-ON on a Tactics!
To build upon the excitement of this announcement, Comic Market 101, which resides at the Tokyo Big Sight Venture, will host a Tokyo Prefectures x original Anime Turkey! booth on Dec 30 and 31. Staff will hand out limited numbers of character prints from the show scented with an aroma of apricots.
